We figured why not? So my mom being as awesome as she is helped me get dressed an my girlfriend Laina came over and helped me do my hair and off we went!
We, first off were the first table, on the left by the stage. I could have taken ten steps and been at the podium.
Second, the food was fantastic! Bacon wrapped pork loin, crab cakes, au gratin potatoes served in a tomato. Strawberry/blueberry pain a cotta for desert.
Now most important, the key note speaker was Chris Christie the Governor of New Jersey. That hands down was one of the best speeches I have ever heard. He is clever funny passionate and rock solid views made me actually think about being out spoken about my political opinion.
So overall fun night out, that turned into an educational experience and a great night!
