yep, this happened.

So I had a minor surgery on wednesday, for my endometriosis. All in all it went really well.

My scheduled time was at 10 and They wheeled me into the OR at 10:45 ish. It was an awesome experience, which I am sure all women go through pregnant or not, your husband is sitting there and you get to put on this "super one size fits all sheet thing" aka hospital gown that has wonderful ties and snaps on it. Which just really adds to the experience.

"hey babe, check out this hot body which you cant see in this gorgeous grey blue color!"

So here are the fun camera roll pictures we took waiting for them to come in.

They actually wheeled me into the OR awake.....  It was totally scary. They strapped my arms down, gave me the drugs, and the last thing I remember was the huge scary lights above my head and the brief mention of more shots.

After the surgery, they gave me these unearthly pictures of my insides that NO ONE should see of themselves. Seriously it was great to know that he( my doctor) fixed the problem but some things are not meant to be taken pictures of my ovaries are one of them. Not mention I have never in my life been so incredibly dizzy and nauseated, then they show me pictures I can't even focus on.
I have three incisions on my left abdominal side.

So Kade took me home and at that point my mom had arrived. (WOOT WOOT) I slept for what felt like days until the dizziness went away. My mom brought with her all kind of goodies from trader joe's!

My Mom. Seriously, I would have been so lost with out her. She came in this week and saved us. I am so sad she flew home tonight. Every time the family comes it feels like CA gets farther away when they leave. She took care of me all day Thursday, Friday and part of Saturday. She is the best and I really don't know where I would be without her. I love you mom! Thank you, thank you, thank you for coming and being with me!  Only two more weeks and I get to see you again!

So now this is what recovery looks like until I head back to work. Thank you everyone for the prayers  and good thoughts! We love you, and are so grateful for you!
