Frost Stop

One of our favorite little places is in Ashton, ID. It's literally on the freeway and has draft root beer with yummy French fries.

And pretty decent hamburgers too!
It's a fun little get away:)

The temple and fhe

So tonight Kade and I were have a discussion, and it ended with the temple being built in Roma,  Italia. We had some questions so I typed it into the handy dandy google bar on my computer. I found this website, http://www.ldschurchtemples.com/ It lists all the temples that are built, under construction, or that have been announced. But...... What I found to be the best part of this website that ifyou click on a temple, for example" Rome, Italy" and scroll past the picture and address, it gives you TEMPLE HISTORY!

So cool to read about how remarkable the history and blessings are of our temples. It reminds me why they are so crucial to our Heavenly Father's plan of salvation. I am always grateful for the saving ordinances performed in these houses of God. Kade and I were just married in Newport Beach temple three months ago, and the covenants we made there still resonate in my heart and I pray it never changes.

Cool things of note:
Newport Beach California
In a temple we perform proxy ordinances for those who were unable to hear the gospel during their lifetime or simply heard it and need a second chance to hear it.
Laie Hawaii

We believe that in temples under the correct authority families can be sealed together for all time and eternity. What greater blessing is there in the whole world, then the knowledge that no matter what happens, we see them again and enjoy who they were and who they have become.
San Diego California
I know that if you have questions or need to be close to God this place is the place to be. I hope that sharing with you our cool find of the day helps your fhe and talks about the gospel in your homes. And for you readers out there who want to learn more please visit our "We Believe" page it will lead you to places and people who can answer all of your questions:)

until next time,

FHE

so an awesome tidbit from kade last night, "FHE is like Sundays there is always a desert, that should be a family rule or something!" so last night we went to dairy queen and split a blizzard, 'choco cherry chunk.' and it was pretty tasty! So from here on out I have got to plan a lesson and a treat! so feel free to send over any ideas.
