Visitors

It's not too often we get visitors... Trust us we know why ;)

But Doug and I have been planning to surprise Kade with them visiting! I did spill the beans early but hey!

They came and we had a blast.

We went to the Taco bus, Heise Pizza and were generally lazy!

So good to see old friends and catch up on life! It's amazing how much changes in 4 years!

When we first met( Kade, Doug and I ) we were all single, and year or so later Kade and I got married. Then a year later Doug is married... Another year and now we are expecting and they have a baby! Can't wait for our little ones to meet!

Paige's wedding!

So hopefully by the shape of the waffle you know what state we went to! We went to houston for the weekend!
When we got there we were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a dodge. Challenger for our rental car! Kade was pretty excited about it!
On Friday night we went to dinner with everyone and met Tom and his family. Then headed back to the hotel and my aunts grandma mom and cousin helped me do flowers until about 1am for the wedding.
Then, the next day we drop everything off and headed out for NASA!
This room below will be the mission control for the Orion mission to Mars!

You can't really tell how big this rocket is but it is the rocket that went to  the moon!

With walkers hand in the picture you can really see how big it was!

On our way back for the wedding Kade and I ate at whataburger! Kade's strawberry shake was worth the stop!
I didn't get to many picture of the flowers. I was having so much fun being with cousins and family I forgot! But here they are!
my grandma made her veil! It was completely perfect!
Here is a picture of her bouquet! Not a great one but hey, I do what I can.

Here are the four of us girls, we have been such great friends our whole lives and we were so excited for Paige's big day to be together again!

So pictures of everyone:)

We had a great time, and are so happy to have seen everyone! Now back to real life!

Grateful

So I know its March. I also know it's St. Patrick's day coming up. I am so grateful and lucky today.

I honestly have so much to be grateful for!

My awesome husband.
( he'd kill me if he knew I posted his first attempts at selfies... But those lips! Haha)

The gospel.

We get to go to what I consider home  today!

I have an amazing family. Seriously they are so cool and crazy!
( even when walker is not looking and Jackson is giving his half smile)

I have a job that pays all the bills!

So you can see why I am feeling Lucky today!

And spring is coming!

Love,

Bugs

So BYU-I has a bowling alley in the MC( main campus Building) and its $2.50 for shoes and a game. So Kade and I have been exercising our bowling skills and having a blast.

Here is my best score so far ( yes its over two games, no pros over here!)

Here is my awesome hubby rocking it... ( this night he beat with scores that were so embarassing I didn't take pictures)

series of unfortunate events

The only not unfortunate about Boise was time with these little ones and other Family members!

Kade's dad got in a really bad car accident, so we drove up there the Monday before Thanksgiving. We spent some time with him in the Hospital. Although, he couldn't see it, he had a sweet view of Downtown from his room!
The first time we saw him! Poor guy! He is home recovering now!

We sure love him and keep him in our prayer each day for a quick and speedy recovery!

What Kade has been up too...

Most of you know, but Kade has been in school. Every night of the week, but Sunday and Monday, Kade is sitting in this chair just as pictured. His usual friends call him after work and more often then not, he is sitting as is on the phone.

Sometimes he plays videos, listen to a book out-loud, or talks to me wherever I am.

He has been taking a class about Pakistan, one about natural disasters, doctrine and covenants, and money managements. So the random pieces of information that come out can be quite interesting and non related.

He will sit here from anywhere to three to five hours a night doing homework. I am so grateful his is doing this! I know it can't be easy!
