London Gets Married!

London got married! I still can't believe it! She got got married on Jan 3 2015.

so fun to have so much of our family together except the two missionaries!

here were are waving hi!

it was so fun to tell so many I considered family about the baby! While we were in town, we shared the sex of the baby with all the walkers and all my family! We all gathered in the Kitchen and took a vote and then told them and I am pretty sure the neighbors could hear everyone.

I know the picture is turned but it was too cute to not share! I got to tell my Cousins and they were so cute about it and then of course went to find their favorites up stairs.

It was also Walkers birthday on Jan 4! He turned 13 and I can't believe it! Happy Birthday buddy! We sure love you!

Brady's wedding!

Brady and Karli got married this last weekend! Thank you to the Duffin's who let us stay the night!

I totally get the whole " grass is greener" syndrome when I am around all these fun people! It gets so difficult to go back to Idaho in general. We love them all so much! Above is my mom, and Lisa. I love these two so much!
Here is Walker and I waiting for them to come out to see everyone! This kid.... I wish I lived four miles away from him, so I could go surfing with him, watch his rugby games, and hang out with him! But seriously,  I miss him ALL THE TIME.

Another part of the whole the grass is greener thing, is being able to see people who I love completely. People who without, my life wouldn't be as cool as it is.  Life is too short to not appreciate the relationships we have with those closest to us!

Kade and I! Wahoo for being inside another temple together!

When they did come out it was well worth the wait! So happy for them!

I offered to do the flowers awhile back, and they turned out great! Lovely bride!

cake flowers... So exciting, I know, you can hardly handle it over there. Haha.

With Laina and Tim in CA( I might add, living out one dream I have had since childhood, living in the bay area)  it was great to spend a little time with her!  Here we are again.. during the pictures! Do not believe the sky... it was NOT warm at all. In fact it was super cold! Everyone was swapping for jackets as soon as pictures were over!

The rest of the weekend was well spent enjoying Father's day and family time! My mom brought up a ton of art work from home; we shopped and hung a few items, its starting to look more like a home up there!

Meet Nora! My youngest cousin, the age difference between us is 23 years and a month! It was so fun to see her and her sister Mary! So cute!

We went for a little walk on Sunday and well I seriously could have cried. I miss these guys so much. They are turning into little men, it is flying by, and I missing all of it. I know, sentimental older sister nonsense, spilling out over here, but its the truth. I feel like I missed a lot! Just hope they know I love them!

So now you know, why Rexburg just doesn't even compare! and I think the grass is greener everywhere else ( let's be honest because it is legitimately greener everywhere else) ~ Until next time!

Boise/Mesa

We have been busy this month!
The weekend of the 20th we went to Boise. We had a blast. We spend the entire ride home talking about how much we miss everyone there. We have such a great time with everyone there and want them all to know we love them and are grateful for their love and friendships!

We got in late Friday night, and Saturday Kade spent with Heath (brother) Seth (cousin practically brother) and Luke( same as Seth) dirt bike riding. I on the other Hand hung out with Steve and Lety for the day.

That night we went to Andrew and Lisa's open house at the Carters. Then from there we went to over to Heath and Lety's for a BBQ. Kylie, Seth and Kiddos,  Steve and Julie, and Luke were all there. It was gorgeous outside and they spent the evening reminiscing and had some great laughs.

Sunday we stopped by and said goodbye to everyone again, and had a hard time leaving all the loved ones behind. In Burlie, we stopped by and said hello to Kade's grandma. She is a sweet old lady, and was all smiles for Kade.

This last weekend, went went to Mesa, Arizona. We picked up Tyler on our way down.  We left on Thursday night, drove to Vegas, and stayed with MJ. The next morning we got up and drove the rest of the way to Mesa. Planning on getting in a 2 pm or to grab the the flowers for the wedding.... Hahahah fat chance. We stopped in Wickenburg, AZ

cool points if you know where this is.... We got out went in grabbed ice cream got back in the car, and viola as I close my door.... I had no more window... just disappeared right into the door. Kade being the mechanic he is... .had to fix it right then. Pulled the door apart, then the motor to the window, then bought tools from the gas station and we still couldn't fix it. so we drove into this little nowhere town to find stronger better tools. and eventually gave up. Duck tape the window to the door... aka ghetto rigged it..... and drove into phoenix three hours later then planned.  Also, all sunburned on the right sides of our body. We stayed with Lauren and TJ. ( we wished we had an entire day just getting to hang out with these two, we sure miss them!)

That night we met up with Andrew and the Wedding party for dinner at this cool place.... he grows all his own produce. super organic and really yummy.

Saturday, I woke up fantastically rested( the room we stayed in... basement with basically no windows, so great how dark it was! I could actually sleep without my mask! I need to invest in a room like that!) I finished the wedding flowers and we ate breakfast with Lauren and TJ.

This is us at the temple after Andrew Lisa got married! It was wonderfully hot and I loved every second of Sunlight! They are such a sweet couple and we could not be more excited for them!

the reception flowers:) yes that's my finger trying to shield the light from the sun!
She wanted to keep it very basic and just a few stems in each vase.

This is Kade and I pouting on our way to go pick up Tyler to go home, we loved out time in Mesa and wish it was much much longer

On our way home we drove our the Hoover dam. It was pretty awesome!

this is a view from the dam to the bridge that all the traffic drives over on now. You have no idea you are that high in the sky unless you were on the dam!

it was a super long drive on the way home but soooooo worth it!

Oh p.s. I chopped off eight inches of my hair and I love it this way!

catch you all later

My family came up and we went to the byu homecoming game. It had been 50 years since my grandpa had played on this field... It was pretty cool!

This is us messing around with the new pano feature on my phone... not exactly professional but still a really cool shot.

Before it started raining, also check out the old lady photoboming us!

On the thursday before the game, I had picked up my grandparents from the airport. We went to lunch with my Aunt Pat and Uncle Ken. Kade was able to join us too! Right by the Cafe Rio went too, there is this darling fabric store, and they had some really fun sayings and quilts!

this was my fav!

So I really don't get into halloween. I don't like the creepy scary stuff, but I love Fall! I made a wreath last fall and still love it!

Here are much promised shots of our place here, we sure love it! ( ignore the picture quality taken with my phone)

So we got this frame set at our wedding, and until two weeks ago, it had an asian couple in the pictures, but I finally got around to changing it!!!

I have also started my Christmas decoration shopping and crafts:) loved this sign, it really embodies Christmas.
Also have the bare minimum done of my new christmas wreath.
