Carson's stats 

Height: 26 inches 90%

Head: 16.5 60%

Wears 6-9 month old bottoms and tops.... Everything is baggy width wise but taught length wise

He giggles! And it's the best! But you have to work real hard for it! 

He screeches.... When he wants your attention.... My favorite time of the day he does this is in the morning when he sees you starting to open your eyes.... Nothing like getting screamed at to wake you Up! 

This month he went to Utah again! Stayed in his first hotel room and got his own bed ( which I ended up getting in with him) 

Still absolutely LOVES THE BATH splashes kicks and smiles when hears the water. 

Still has pretty severe attachment to momma

Will smile at people

Had his second major holiday; Halloween

 He still loves "airplane"

Hates the dark

 Loves to sing

Screamed BLOODY MURDER AT HIS DOCTORS appointment.... So bad he scared other little kids into crying( mom of the year award for planning it during nap time!) 

Is blowing raspberries and spit bubbles.... The raspberry he learned from daddy

And fun fact; he is one explosive pooper. Almost every time is a blowout... I have changed diaper sizes ... Everything and he still blows out at least once day..

Is finally sleeping in his own crib for 7-8 hours and then wants in on ours by 5/5:30 every morning where he will sleep until 10. 

And is eating rice cereal 😉

I love pillow talk with my sweet boy, in the morning he will just jab your ear off, then start crying out of nowhere because he remembers that he is hungry. 

Whispering

If someone could accurately describe what it is like to love your own baby... People would want them from like age 5. 

Seriously, it's a good thing we can't truly describe it. 

Carson has really developed an understanding of making noises that sound like words to him. It's so sweet, he has really found his voice. 

He is trying to understand the dragging them out to trying to mimic my singing. 

He has figured out the difference of volume. 

But honestly the whole reason I am writing this is because of what is going on in that picture. 

At night since he was born, around 8 or 9 I change him into his Jammie's wrap him up in a blanket, with it on his face of course, and top his tummy off with a few ounces. Then while snuggled up with him, I whisper,tell him I love him and to have sweet dreams and we say his prayers. In the last week, he nows smiles at me behind the bottle and quietly talks to me, in an almost whisper voice. It  makes my heart flutter and I tear up everytime. 

 It's his little way of communicating with me in a way he knows I do. Whew, Heavenly Father knows how to touch this mom as heart!

3 months

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness. 

Carson is 3 months old. I am not sure how this time went by so fast? 

Anywho, 

He is a drool monster. 

He sleeps for 6 hours stretch 

He blows spit bubbles

He will always smile for you when you play airplane, even if he is crying. 

He is SUCH a Momma's boy. As in daddy is holding him and if he can see me he will follow me all around and not look at Kade... And forget holding him if I am talking. Point in case; bore my testimony on Sunday, my sleeping boy woke up and started to fuss about 30 seconds in. ( but I mean seriously, how could I not love this part of his personality? ... Well at 2 am it's not my favorite thing) 

He LOVES LOVES the "Winnie the Pooh" theme song. (See Instagram for the video) he coos and talks trying to sing a long the best he can. Only this song though! 

He kicks and splashes in the bath.

He can now bring his hands ( in fists) to his mouth. He has tried sucking his thumb a few times... Doesn't like it, so instead he licks his fist, like a lollipop. 

He keeps his fist so tight, that he gets fuzzies in between his fingers and creases.... It's kinda gross, and funny since I am not sure how it gets there? 

He loves to smiles and be the center of attention, and basically he gets that whenever he wants. 

My favorite thing is in the morning when he first wakes up, he looks for my face and smiles. It's the best way to wake up! 

Grandma Photos

After my mom left... which was hard! I started to send her pictures of the little guy in all his cute clothes and so she could see him each day!

Somedays we didn't get dressed ( the bottom photo is him in his bath robe ... I know its more than adorable) 

Jaundice and Bili-Blanket

We struggled with Jaundice pretty bad and Carson had to have a billi-Blanket... He looked like a glow worm for 24 hours. 

it also caused some major blowouts and clean up!  His first blow out was on mommy's hand!

I set up a little shoot and took these myself:) So they aren't perfect... but HE is so it worked out! and I got a few good ones.

Temple and the twins!

So just before I was set to go down to CA for the twins graduation and for them to go through the temple, I had some issues with me and the baby. Everything was good! My body was just very tired! 

So I could only make it to the temple, which was very hard for me to not be there for them, for everything( seminary graduation, high school graduation, the temple)! 

So here are all the pictures from our fun weekend. 

The temple, was the first time I went through with Connor. The first time for the twins. So cool to be there with everyone but walker! Some day soon though! It was also my first time going through that temple since being married. Sure missed Kade!!!

This was Friday night, after Walker and I grabbed Rubios and went home... My grandpa had to help me get me shoes on! My feet were so swollen! My mom had bought me a large temple dress... And it barely fit! I also had to borrow slippers because my shoes didn't fit!

This is walker taking selfies on my phone Saturday morning! After my mom treated me to getting my nails done and a neck massage! She spoiled me rotten! I hadn't slept that well in weeks!

We went to lunch and to the Beach with Mary Jane and Daniel. I wore this awesome outfit. Bucket hat one of my brothers work out shirts. Then when I tried to get in the water.... Well let's just say my brothers were getting ready to come save me and I wasn't even in yet....  Haha

These are the stairs they made me climb... You can't even see that the wrap around! 

That night my family had stake conference which meant Walker and I got to party! 

Anytime we go to in-n-out my dad pretty much always says, " that was the best double-double I have ever had!" We all laugh and pack up in the car. But this night, seriously was the best hamburger I have ever had! Walker and I almost went back to get another one!

Sunday we went to Stake Conference and with everyone's help I made dinner. Then we went down to the Beach house to see the progress and take a look at the sunset... Which we didn't know it was overcast down there yet! 

The next morning we went to breakfast and I flew home:) 

So proud of my brothers and the decisions they are making!
